Hypnosis is fabulous for helping you stop your habitual routines, so if you are ready to stop smoking for good, Penny Hanson Hypnosis can help you stop in just one session!
The Stop Smoking program is very individualized (as are all of the my programs), and we're going to go through and talk about the cigarettes you smoke on a daily basis-starting with the first one you have in the morning. Perhaps you always have that first one out on the back porch with your coffee-everyone develops certain habits and we'll target those directly in the hypnosis. Without hypnosis, your subconscious mind is constantly reminding you that-"Hey, you just finished lunch. You always have a cigarette after lunch. Light up!" (for example)
Hypnosis makes the process of stopping smoking much easier, and helps you stop smoking with no withdrawals or cravings.
The cost is $299, and for most clients (about 83%, I just did a demographics check earlier this year 2006), they walk out as a nonsmoker on the first visit.
If for any reason you felt that you needed a second visit, you could come in at no charge and we could really focus in on the remaining areas that you need help with. Call today to make your appointment and get rid of that awful habit forever! (321) 543-7959
"HI, I still can't believe here it is 10pm and I still don't have a craving for a cigarette.
I think it is fantastic, I don't know how you did it but you did, I am taking it one day at a time,
hoping/knowing tomorrow will be as good as today. When I left your office I stopped at Winn Dixie to
do some shopping, threw my light and cigs in the trash, when I got home did the same thing with the
ones I had on the patio table and didn't feel any remorse, driving home I had this weird feeling like
there was a warm ball in side me, don't know how else to explain it, it's not there now but it was for
a good couple of hours.
Thanks again for what you did for me today, I really appreciate it."

"Penny, After our session and upon my return home I was concerned that when I awoke up the next morning the withdrawal
was probably not going to be fun. Much to my surprise there was no craving for a cigarette. In fact, I ran a mile which
is the first time in probably a year. I have really had no desire to smoke and have been smoke free since. I started
running again and while not running every day, I am running most. Sunday was a two mile day, slow but it’s a good start.
Tonight I will push a little harder. I have listened to the CD one time, and much to my surprise much of it seemed new,
as if I had not heard it before. So atleast at some point, I must have really been out. Thanks for your help.
Stephen F."
